Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing any products from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will strive to accommodate your requests as best we can.

 

Body Jewelry Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase and will provide a full refund. Item(s) eligible for refund must be returned in their complete, original packaging in an unworn, unaltered condition.

For many of our products, we require authorization to complete the return. Please send us an email at info@theblumz.com to begin your returns process.

To return your body jewelry, drop your item(s) off at our store at 343 King Street West or post via insured mail to our store at your own expense.

 

Fashion Jewelry Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase and will provide a full refund. Item(s) eligible for refund must be returned in their complete, original packaging in an unworn, unaltered condition.

Appointment Cancellations and Jewelry Refunds

    At The Blumz, we hold a strict 48-hour cancellation window. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your piercing or welded jewelry appointment, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to reschedule accordingly. A cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Welded Jewelry Returns and Refunds

    For the safety of you and others, all welded jewelry installed by our expert team is final sale. With this, all welded jewelry services at The Blumz are non-refundable following the appointment.

  • Piercing Services Refunds
    •

    For the safety of you and others, all jewelry used for a new piercing or installed by a piercer is final sale. With this, all piercing services at The Blumz are non-refundable following the appointment.

    Product Exchanges

    At this point, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item of another colour, style, or shape, please return the original item(s) and place a secondary order. We’ll ship your new item(s) out as soon as your order is accepted and we’ll refund your original item(s) following an authorized return.
